Castlen Elementary visits USA campus

3rd graders from Castlen Elementary School were on USA's campus today. Highlights included a visit to the Archaeology museum, which is a fantastic place for kids and adults alike. We also took a hike to Moulton Tower where the kids lay down on the pavement to gaze up at the mural. Got to hear the bell tower chime out the time and visited The Globe at the Mitchell Center, and historic buildings where the Graduate School, Alumni Relations, and Honor's Program are housed.

Best quote of the day: "Are those real college students?" Next best quote, "I don't know how somebody could come here and not like it. What's not to like?"

The kids were most impressed with the dining hall. The food choices and permission to sit where they liked left them in awe. I think we recruited quite a few future Jags today!
